The Defendants, Mark E. Suhy, Sharon Suhy, Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs of the Estate of Alice M. Suhy, Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs of the Estate of John J. Suhy and Midland Funding LLC, but whose current address are unknown, will take notice that on January 4, 2019, Plaintiff, Home Investment Fund II, LP, filed a Complaint in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 19CV 32 seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 260 West Dennick Ave., Youngstown, Ohio 44504, being permanent parcel number 53-014-0-251.000 ("Real Estate"), and allege that the Defendants, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.

The Defendants, Mark E. Suhy, Sharon Suhy, Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs of the Estate of Alice M. Suhy, Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs of the Estate of John J. Suhy and Midland Funding, LLC, are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, said answer day being the 25th day of June 2019. In the event that the Defendants, Mark E. Suhy, Sharon Suhy, Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs of the Estate of Alice M. Suhy, Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs of the Estate of John J. Suhy and Midland Funding LLC, fail to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
