DEFENDANTS.

The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Robert Castle, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on October 15, 2018, the Plaintiff, US Bank National Association as successor by merger to US Bank National Association ND, filed its Complaint and on December 28, 2018 filed its Amended Complaint in Case No. 18CV 2552, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 8711 S. Salem Warren Road, Canfield, Ohio 44406, Permanent Parcel No. 23-021-0-014.000 ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.

The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Robert Castle are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, said answer day being the 5th day of March 2019. In the event that the Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Robert Castle failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
