The Defendants, Brian Reese Jr and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Brian Reese Jr, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on the 13th day of July 2018, the Plaintiff, PennyMac Loan Service, LLC, filed its Complaint in Case No. 18CV 1902, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 9898 Deltona Drive, New Middletown, Ohio 44442, Permanent Parcel No. 01-070-0-020.000 ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants, have or may have an interst in this Real Estate. 

The Defendants, Brian Reese Jr and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Brian Reese Jr are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within ttwenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, said answer day being the 14th day of February 2019. In the event that the Defendants, Brian Reese Jr and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Brian Reese Jr failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
