Defendants, John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors, and Assigns of Gennaro Bellard, Deceased, whose Identities and Addresses are Unknown, Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, if any, of Gennaro Bellard, whose last known address is 3310 Sheridan Rd, Youngstown, Ohio 44502, Dominique Brancho and Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, if any, of Dominique Brancho, whose last known address is 219 Granada Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44504, Jacci Bellard and John Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Jacci Bellard, whose last known Addresses are 128 Brooklyn Avenue SW, Canton, Ohio 44710 and 406 S Jackson Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44506, Justice Bellard and John Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Justice Bellard, whose last known Addresses are 1047 Kling Street, Akron, Ohio 44301 and 17 N Richview Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44509, will take notice that on February 17, 2022, The Huntington National Bank, filed its Complaint in Case Number 22CV 249, Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that the defendant(s), John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Gennaro Bellard, Deceased, Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, if any, of Gennaro Bellard, Dominique Brancho and Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, if any, of Dominique Brancho, Jacci Bellard and John Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Jacci Bellard, Justice Bellard and John Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Justice Bellard, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

 

Premises commonly known as: 3310 Sheridan Rd, Youngstown, Ohio 44502

PERMANENT PARCEL NOS. 53-060-0-242.000 and 53-060-0-241.000

 

The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.

The Plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff’s claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.

The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 19th day of May 2022.
