The Defendants, James W. Nicholson and Unknown Spouse, if any, of James W. Nicholson, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on February 3, 2020, the Plaintiff, Penny Mac Loan Services, LLC, filed its Complaint in Case No. 20CV 250, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 2260 Sprucewood Ct., Youngstown, Ohio 44515, Permanent Parcel No.  48-129-0-131.000 ("Real Estate") and alleged that the Defendants has or may have an interest in this Real Estate.

The Defendants, James W. Nicholson and Unknown Spouse, if any, of James W. Nicholson are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, said answer day being the 8th day of May 2020. In the event that the Defendants, James W. Nicholson and Unknown Spouse, if any, of James W. Nicholson failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plainitff's Complaint.
