Patrick whose last known address is 4337 Helena Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44512; Unknown Tenants, Occupants, and Land Contract Vendees whose last known address is 4337 Helena Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44512, will take notice that on the January 10, 2020, First National Bank of Pennsylvania, filed a Complaint alleging that Glenn Patrick, aka Glenn J. Patrick breached a promissory note and mortgage to Plaintiff and is in default under the terms of the note and mortgage for the property described as follows: 

PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 53-191-0-231.000

PROPERTY ADDRESS: 4337 Helena Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44512.

The above-named defendants are hereby notified that they are required to answer the Complaint within 28 days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 17th day of April 2020.
