Unknown Spouse, If any, of James C. Slagle, if Married on or about May 10, 1937 and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Margaret L. Slagle aka Ida Margaret Slagle, if Married on or about May 10, 1937, whose last known  addresses are unknown and all of whose residences are unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 19th day of November 2019, PNC Bank, National Association Successor by Merger to National City Bank, filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case No 19CV 2364 in said Court against Marcella T. Cool, et al. praying for Judgment of $59,277.41 along with the unpaid finance charges and other charges as set forth under the terms of the subject loan documents, until paid and for foreclosure of a mortgage on the following described real estate, to wit:

PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 29-003-0-033.000

STREET ADDRESS: 174 Meadowbrook Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44512.

 A COMPLETE LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PARCEL MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE THE COUNTY AUDITOR.

and that Defendants be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or cause to be paid said Judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Mahoning County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise, and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to Plaintiff's Judgment and for such other relief to which Plaintiff is entitled.

Said Defendant(s) will take notice that they will be required to answer said Complaint on or before the 14th day of April 2020, or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
