The Defendant, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Robert J. Buydos, whose current address is unknown, will take notice that on January 16, 2020, the Plaintiff, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as Trustee for Option One Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-3, Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2005-3, filed its Complaint in Case No 20CV 125, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 1388 Struthers Coitsville, Lowellville, Ohio 44436, Permanent Parcel Nos. 45-079-0-029.000, 45-079-0-028.000, 45-079-0-030.000 and 45-079-0-027.000 ("Real Estate") and alleged that the Defendant, has or may have an interest in this Real Estate. 

The Defendant, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Robert J. Buydos is required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, said answer day being the 24th day of March 2020. In the event that the Defendant, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Robert J. Buydos fails to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
