Pechkurow, whose last place of residence is unknown and whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on June 24, 2019, a Complaint was filed in the matter of Home Savings Bank Successor by Merger to Home Savings and Loan Company of Youngstown, Ohio v. Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees and Assigns of Patricia M. Pechkurow, et al. Case No. 19CV 1290 in the Court of Common Pleas Mahoning County, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendant(s), Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, and Assigns of Patricia M. Pechkurow have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being City Lot Number Twenty-Seven Thousand One Hundred Thirty-Three (27133)
Said City Lot has a frontage of Fifty (50) feet on the South side of Douglas Avenue in said city and extends back therefrom between parallel lines of equal width a distance of One Hundred Thirty-Seven and Five-Tenths (137.5) Feet.
